Bad Points:

The game can be frustrating at times and some of the tracks are not as good as expected from a Nintendo game.

The items can really ruin a race as they are completely unbalanced. While they might be fun in the first few games you will quickly get annoyed with them.

Overall, buying Mario Kart with a Wii is a great way to get introduced to Nintendo’s newest console. While many people would say that the game is far from a classic it still provides a lot of fun which is all you really want from a family orientated game.
