The Wii Fit has been one of the more contraversial products offered with the Wii with some debate as to how effective it is as an exercise routine / incentive to exercise vs a bit of fun. Personally, I do not see how  it can do any harm, as long as this is just a bit of extra activity and does not form the basis of your fitness regime!
